USA debt ceiling Congress Trump

Father, thank You for blessing our country, the USA. Thank You for being patient with our leaders
and the people of the USA despite all the rancor and division.
Thank You for continuing to pour out Your Spirit over the USA
and advancing Your Kingdom on earth. We appreciate Your
loving-kindness and tender mercies. Father, we come singing a
new song to You, for You have done wonderful deeds. With all
that we are, we will praise You, our Lord and God; for You are
great! You are robed with honor and majesty. You are dressed in
a robe of light. You stretch out the starry curtain of the heavens;
You lay out the rafters of Your home in the rain clouds. You make
clouds Your chariot; You ride upon the wings of the wind.Father, Your Word declares that all authority comes from You, and those in positions of authority have been placed there by You. With this in mind, we submit President Donald
Trump, his administration and Congress. By faith, we declare that
the leaders of the USA who know You, will trust in You with all
of their hearts and not depend on their own understanding. They
will seek Your will in all that they do and as they do this, we trust
that You will show them which path to take as they lead and
direct the USA. We declare that they will not be impressed with
their own wisdom, but instead they will fear You and turn away
from evil. Your Word admonishes that a house divided against
itself cannot stand. We decree that the members of Congress
will work together towards the good of the American people. We
declare that they will turn away from division and evil and do
good; they will search for peace and work to maintain it.
Triumphant God, please arise in our government and cause Your
enemies of racism, partiality, confusion and discord to be
scattered. Holy Spirit, please continue to pour Your wisdom,
discernment and power into our leaders. Continue to surround
them with favor as they conduct business with Congress and
world leaders. Please give them Your ideas to conquer the issues
that are plaguing the USA including the environment,
education, unemployment, economy, healthcare, national
security, and the natural disasters that have devastated our
nation. Continue to touch the Body of Christ to pray for all
government leaders so that we can live peaceful and quiet lives
marked by Godliness and dignity.
Father, please forgive our leaders for injustice,imperialism and a form of capitalism that is oppressive and
subversive. Forgive those for racism, sexism, ageism, idolatry,
lying, deceit and character assassination. Forgive those for being self -serving, boastful, proud and arrogant. Forgive those who do
not acknowledge Your authority and compromise Your truth. We
realize that all our sins are many. Holy Spirit, remind President
Donald Trump, his administration and Congress of those they
need to forgive and help them to forgive. Holy Spirit, help President Donald Trump, his administration andCongress not to yield to temptation but deliver them from the evil.one.Blessing and glory and wisdom and thanksgiving and honor andpower and strength belong to You forever and ever. You are the
Alpha and the Omega-—the beginning and the end. You are the
One who is, who always was, and who is still to come—the
Almighty One! In Jesus’ Name,The effective, fervent prayer of a righteous man avails much.” James 5:16b. Father, we thank You for Your grace and mercy towards the United States of America. Thank You
for helping those families, businesses and industries who were negatively affected by the temporary shutdown in 2025. Thank You for hearing the cries of Your people as we pray to You on behalf of the USA and our leaders. Thank You for holding the hearts of President Trump, MJohnson and the Congressional leaders in Your hand. Weknow that it is nobody but You who is sustaining our economic system. Lord, remember Your promises to us; they are our only hope. Your promises revive us and comfort us in all our troubles. The
proud hold us in utter contempt, but we do not turn away from Your instructions. We meditate on Your age-oldregulations; O Lord, they comfort us. We reflect at night on who You are, O Lord; therefore, we obey Your
instructions. This is how we will spend our lives, obeying Your commandments.
Father, Your Word declares that a kingdom divided against itself will be brought to desolation, and every city or house divided against itself will not stand. Therefore, by faith, we declare that as our congressional
leaders once again come to the table to discuss the national debt ceiling, they will lay down their party politics and work for the best solution for the American people. We declare wisdom and discernment for the members
of the House-Senate Budget Conference Committee as they address the Continuing Resolutions so the USA can avoid another government shutdown. We committhe hearts of: President Trump, Vice President Vance, Secretary of the Treasury, House Speaker MJohnson, Senate Majority Leader JThune, Chief of Staff, Director of the National Economic Council, as well as allthe members of the Senate and House of Representatives to You. Your Word instructs that pride goes before destruction and haughtiness before a fall so we declare that our congressional leaders will lay their ego andpride aside and work for the best interest of the American citizens. We confess that the financial security of America’s people will no longer be stalled by selfish partisan agendas and sensationalistic political tactics. Askings of the King and lords of the Lord, we take authority and speak into the supernatural realm that the USA’s government and economic leaders will receive the release of Your divine instructions during this delicate time, and by faith, they will devise a safe and effective recovery plan before the 2025 deadline.Holy Spirit, please help the USA’s government and economic leaders solidify a resolution by identifying and agreeing upon a permanent solution instead of just creating future deadlines that will continue to hold the American economy hostage to party politics. Please honor our praying and penetrate the darkness that looms in the heartsof those who are resistant for partisan reasons. Calm the fears of the American public as well as the international
financial community as the negotiations proceed. Help us, as a nation, to reconnect to You, the Living God, as our source and supply.Father, we repent on behalf of the USA for our many sins. We acknowledge that many of us played an active role in causing the downturn of our economy. Forgive us as the Body of Christ for not always staying alert and aware of the conditions affecting the USA’s economic system. Please forgive us all for wickedness,injustice, unrighteousness, lewdness, and arrogance. Father, please have mercy on the USA! Forgive the USA’s government and economic leaders for allowing their stubbornness, indecisiveness and division to casta shadowof fear and hopelessness upon the American public. Lord, Holy Spirit, remind our leaders of those they need to forgive and help them to be quick to forgive.Father, help the USA’s government and economic leaders not to yield to temptation; but deliver them from the evil one. Lord, there is none like You. You are great and Your Name is full of power. Who would not fearYou, O King of the nations? That title belongs to You alone! Among all the wise people of the earth and in all the kingdoms of the world, there is no one like You. You are the King of glory. You are the Lord of Heaven’sArmies. You are worthy, Lord our God, to receive glory, honor and power. You created all things and they exist because You created what You pleased. In Jesus’ Name.Dear God, we come to you asking your help and
guidance during this time of economic instability. We begin by
acknowledging that you are the creator of all things and that you
are the provider of everything we possess and of everything we
are .We confess that too often we fail to acknowledge the bounty of
your hand during our times of prosperity and plenty. Too often
we think that our livelihoods are the result of our own efforts.
We have become disconnected from the wisdom of the farmers
who understand that although they plant the seeds in the earth,
you are the one who ordains the germination of the seed in the
hidden places of the earth and you alone send the rain in dueseason to assure the success of the crop. You alone feed the birds of the air and the animals of the land and the fish of the sea and by your good creation, we all live in interdependent
community with all of your creation.
You have put us as humans into families, communities and
nations. And today in our modern world we have become in
touch with people across the globe and we have become
interdependent on other peoples and countries for the economic
prosperity of our lives.
We pray for the leaders of our communities, states and nations that theymight have your wisdom and guidance in the policies, laws and
decisions that affect us all. We pray against all hidden agendas,
power struggles and discrimination that cause injustice, poverty
and lack of cooperation.
We pray your mercy and restoration for those suffering the
economic fallout from natural disasters, war and disease. We
pray the cooperation of those people and countries that have
been blessed with prosperity that they might marshal your good
forces of charity and generosity to ease the plight of the
suffering. And we pray against all political and ideological forces
that would prevent aid from reaching those in need.
We pray against the spirit of fear within ourselves and others
when we face global economic uncertainty. Help us to be good
stewards of our resources and wise in knowing the difference
between our wants and our true Give us generous hearts, make us good workers in your Kingdom and
give us a deep and abiding trust
in you.We end by praying for the prosperity of your Word here on earth
and that salvation and joy might come to all through our Lord
and Jesus Christ. May your Kingdom come, your will be done in
our hearts, minds and spirits. Amen.
