Greetings, on April 26th I take my exit exam and then I can finally graduate as a Medical Technologist. Since I have to work and go to clinical rotations at the hospital almost every day of the week, I haven’t been able to study and review my notes for the exam. I am reaching out to every prayer team, deliverance ministry, and church I can find on the web on a global scale to ask you to join me and my local church as we stand in the gap for my husband. I am currently taking a 2 week hiatus from him because his drug addiction has escalated. He has been addicted to crystal meth for the past 2 months, and I can already see frightening changes in him. Our church has fasted and prayed for him, and now we continue to stand strong together that God is working behind the scenes to bring this man back to Himself. He is a product of the legal and rehab system (20+ years) – nothing has worked – so I’m convinced that it will take a miraculous act of God to arrange his circumstances in such a way that he will either have to choose life or choose death as there will be no more excuses, no other options, no more handouts or fixes – just him and God. We are praying that everything is removed from him so that he has nothing left but to look up.

3 years ago he claims that he accepted Christ. I have witnessed spiritual changes in him, so I don’t doubt him. However addiction is an unforgiving taskmaster and it has returned to try to destroy him. I am willing to walk him through freedom to the other side – but at this point, I fear for his life. I have asked for a specific resolution of some sort by the 15th (at which time I am to return home). When I say specific resolution, I don’t mean he is magically cured – but what I do mean is that his circumstances are at such a drastic level, he must choose to do something about the predicament he is in.

Also, when I say resolution, I mean I want to feel safe to return to the home. I am afraid to return home in the current state he is in – meth is the most homicidal/suicidal drug on the planet. It literally changes a person’s brain chemistry and central nervous system. I’m asking God to take drastic measures to get his attention. I’m not sure what that looks like, but I firmly believe that if you want drastic, life changing results – you must expect drastic measures to occur.

I am believing God to heal the brain tissue and whatever parts of his body have been destroyed by drugs and alcohol, so that he can clearly choose life or death. I am believing God for a Saul experience – that he will have such a powerful encounter with God, he will not be able to deny that he is being pursued by our precious Savior.

Thank you for standing in the gap with me and offering up prayers of deliverance for the precious treasure God has entrusted me – my husband.
